I don't rate anything the highest choice on the scale.

The prices for sunflower seeds and peanuts in the shell are higher than the grocery stores so the only thing I buy here is No-Mess bland. I’ve tried two suet cakes and neither one was a hit. Where’s info on attracting migrating birds? Where are window clings to stop them from hitting windows? Your stores are filled with artsy knickknacks and only 1 or 2 birding supplies.

Every thing was fine, prices a bit high.

I don't rate any store "Highly". There is always room for improvement.

The prices are high. I expected that, I wanted fresh seed, and we have to pay for good service. Look, I liked the place.

I have complained about the quality of the suet for several years. To much corn in it & not enough peanut butter. My main complaint this time was the round suet holder & the round suet that went into it. The suet holder is inadequate to hold the suet after it get eaten down. It falls through. Bad design. Then the bad quality of the suet. Very little would even eat it. Squirrels & Starlings. Uck!!! I did order a tube feeder, & have not heard if that is in. The seed is great, & the peanuts are great. I like the quality. You need to carry Pine Farms Peanut Butter Suet!!!!!

Price point of most items is a bit high.

I was very happy with my experience. The staff member was helpful without being over bearing or pushy. She allowed me to look and answered questions. Once I choose my items she was helpful and checked me out quickly
