They didn't have merchandise that I anticipated. Merchandise was too expensive to settle for what I found. I already one of squirrel-proof suet feeder.

I am trying to attract birds to my front yard. They are around; we have big trees in front of the house. I bought new seed, suet, etc. and a fairly pricey feeder. But it's been a week and I still haven't seen a single bird approach the feeder. If the birds don't come visit the feeder, it's unlikely I will visit the store to buy anything more.

Many of the bird feeder options were made in China. I liked the style and look, but was looking for higher quality materials (Made in USA).

Selection of items was good but not great. Prices were slightly higher than anticipated. It was good but it wasn't over the moon exceptional. Nothing particularly bad to say.

I don't rate anyone "highly safisfied."

This particular salesman was not as friendly or knowledgeable as the ones who are usually there.

I think "satisfied" is the answer I am most comfortable with. I also work retail and feel there are only a handful of "Highly satisfied" clients per day even though I treat each customer as professionally and kindly as I can. Also merchandise available and client needs enter into the choice. by the way, have you read the book "The Circle"? you might want to!

Don't feel like prices are equal to the quality of products.
