Both Lynn and the other employee (I didn't get her name) were so friendly and helpful. They know what they are talking about and helped a lot in answering all of our questions but also in offering advice and being able to explain how every product in their store works. I learned a lot in the short time we were at the store. Such a friendly and beautiful store!

They are so knowledgeable, not only about birds but bees and squirrels as well. Their products are so much better than buying from any other source.

Everything is well displayed and the staff is knowledgeable. Prices are too high for some of our friends who were used to buying seed in bulk from Niwot Rental and Feed, which recently closed its doors.

They had what I was looking for and were open to my suggestion that they start carrying chicken scratch because Niwot Renta and Feed has closed and almost every time I went there to buy items, someone was buying chicken scratch. Now there is no close place for those people to go.
