The hummingbirds like the new feeder and the hornets and wasps are staying away...the birds are comfortable and more relaxed. They make my day...we have a new hummingbird and bee garden with native plants...hummers have started coming yo it!

They had the item I needed here in town. I could support a local business and get the item I needed. The staff were helpful but not overbearing.

I ordered a pole and mount set and the pole was too long. They were happy to quickly switch out the pole for a shorter one. Very kind.

The employee helping us was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She pointed us to a few ideas for starting bird feeding as a hobby and made me feel excited to get started. She also gave a lot of information outside of merchandise at the store- such as apps to consider downloading
