Knowledgeable and friendly staff, respectful of my beginner experience level and questions. Recommended appropriate options and explained their pros and cons. Person helping me was encouraging and genuine. I went in just to browse and ended up purchasing 2 feeders, food bag and membership. Left with 2 gifts and a couple of discounted items. I went in for this first time just to look around and ended up enthusiastically joining the bird community. The store is bright and cheerful and easy to navigate.

Jeff was super helpful. There were so many beautiful things in the store I wanted to stay all day 😊. The birds don’t seem to be overly thrilled with the hot suet cakes but are all over the other seeds.

The saleswoman came right over to me helped me find what I was looking for. She even helped identify a bird in my backyard that I had taken a picture. It's a fun and relaxing experience to come here.

There was an excellent selection of seeds in various sizes. The prices were good at a time when prices are soaring. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. I was directed to the store by a friend and have told other friends about the excellent deals and service.

As always, the staff in this store (Karen in particular, this time!) were very friendly and helpful, great at answering questions about products. We also loved the fun items given to store members this month! You guys are wonderful.

Everyone is so nice, & they try to help as much as possible. The person helping me knew a lot, but I just don't quite know what I am going to do yet. She was very helpful.
