Knowledgeable staff. Helped us troubleshoot keeping raccoon and other unwanted critters from bird feeders. We are new to area and recommended opportunities for bird watching and how to attract native birds

I felt that the bird seed I bought there was "fresh" so to speak--not old as I often feel it may be at some of the locations where I buy. Very interesting variety of bird related items. I will want to go back and look more.

My husband and I were in there in the last 6 weeks or so and had forgot the bird seed for our little birds( bird feeder), but the young man that was working that day helped hubby so much! Young man was able to look it up and hubby was very pleased, Great customer service

Attractive store. I like the videos and bird song sounds that plays at the store. Staff knows a lot about birds and your products and are always friendly.

Two employees helped me while I was there. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful. Kyle is the one I remember by name. I love your store - all the different types of food, feeders, bird baths, wind chimes, etc. It's a great place to come for gifts, too!
