The staff member was so helpful in explaining the different types of food and feeding stations. My son and I learned a lot and based on our new found knowledge added a feeding station and bought a few types of seed mix to increase the birds we see, while also providing something for the local squirrel to keep them out of the bird feeded.

A young gentleman came to me shortly after I arrived and asked what I was looking for. Had he not come to help I would have left because I looked right past what I wanted!! He helped me choose a new bowl for my bird feeder - a much more practical one at that! He was very friendly and kind. Then a lady handed me a Hobby Guide with a $5.00 coupon.I am now considering feeding birds again because I know where to go for help and wise information that I can use. Thank you very much1

I walked in looking for a hummingbird feeder, and the woman that helped me was an expert! Informed me of how sugar ferments out here in Colorado due to the heat, and to change the nectar often. Very happy w. The product and the help, and already saw a hummingbird at the feeder in under a week.

The quality and variety of your bird feeder systems and bird seed is very good. The staff are very knowledgeable about how to attach different birds and a out deterring squirrels.
