Rebecca was a lovely massage therapist. She was very receptive to my needs. She was very thorough. She did a great job focusing on my back and shoulders.

Joshua is an awesome masseuse. I have told management more than once they need to recruit More male masseuses as Joshua is the only one and it makes it extremely difficult to book appointments

Love the location at Posner Park, the employees are very friendly & the spa is always kept very clean. Martha did an amazing job, she was very professional & helped me relax & relieve my body ache.

My massage therapist was absolutely amazing! I had such lower back pain prior to my appointment. It was crippling pain. She spent nearly 10 minutes on my lower back when I noticed the pain was nearly gone. I have never had that happen to me. As long as I go to H&S I will only request her.
