After the seals were replaced there was an issue w/ the back brakes. I brought the vehicle back and the team worked on the issue until they found the problem and even though another part was needed, they did not charge me for it.

I was told the tires would be at the store by 9 am so I made my appointment for that. The tires were not there. After 45 minutes I asked for a ride home and was told I would be called. After 4 hours,I called and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour before done. Two and half hours later i called only to be told the number they had for me was wrong. I was frustrated because my phone number had not been updated from the time when I was there 2 weeks earlier, so they could not get ahold of me. They updated my phone number finally, so everything has been resolved. Thank you

My husband and I were on our way home to San Diego exhausted from a very long work trip when we got a flat on the freeway. We were still an hour away from home and started to panic when we realized that all tire shops anywhere near us were either already closed or about to close very soon. After calling MULTIPLE places, we finally found Big O Tires! As we were waiting for AAA to put our spare on, we gave the shop a call to see if they would be able to squeeze us in. Ronald answered the phone and was extremely kind and helpful! He checked to see if our size of tire was in stock, and it was!! He assured us he would be able to help if we got our car to the shop before closing. We got there with 15 minutes until closing and left with two minutes left to spare! We are so grateful to Ronald and Jorgo for their fast and kind service! We appreciate you, Ronald for all of your help with our situation. You truly don’t know how much it meant to us to be able to safely drive all the way home on a new tire instead of our spare! I know it can be a burden sometimes when customers are pulling in right before closing, but you never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We are so grateful!
