Big O Tires

I always like to see William. It seems the price is right to change the oil on my car and they always rotate my tires. I've been coming here for more than a couple years.

The woman who did my check in was so nice, asking how is my day and adding in extra kind conversation. She was also very helpful when I called in for a quote shortly before my appointment. While helping customers and answering the phones she kept calm and warm the whole time. It was a great intro to Big O Tires experience. My car tires were installed in under an hour! BIG THANK YOU to the workshop team! The kind gentleman who rang me up was very patient with my questions regarding getting the best price, asking about deals and price matching, he explained the benefits of a warranty and explained all the other coverages. There was no pressure or sales pitch and I really appreciated the kindness and understanding he showed. This is my first Big O experience and I will be recommending them as well as returning in the future. A+++ to the Hayward crew at #5313 and thank you for the peace of mind and new tires :)

Easy to schedule nice customer service

They had the tires in stock that I needed and were able to complete the job by the next day… Costco didn’t have tires in stock anywhere in the East Bay and the pricing was competitive but they were also able to take care of my oil change, brakes and inspections all in one stop. This wasn’t possible had I gone to Costco for tires. Staff was very helpful and friendly and got the entire job done in 2.5 hours. Great work! I’ll be back! They are also very conveniently located about a 6 min drive from my home.
