The representatives all were extremely friendly, and the explanations were thorough and honest. Matthew, our service representative was as clear as water with everything we talked about, and even gave advice to move forward with.

When I decided to get work done on my truck, I called them. They were very professional upfront with the cost and the time frame when I went to drop my vehicle off I was told that they could probably get it done the same day, even though I was only scheduled for the next following day, I got my vehicle done and under three hours on the day that I dropped it off and I was very impressed and very happy with the service that I received. I would highly recommend anyone needing work done to go to big O tires, and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to have further work done by them as well.

Nike was extremely good at explaining my concern with the brakes and answering other questions. In watching his interaction with other customers he was very helpful to them also. Matt was helpful in invoicing my order while I asked him questions about other services, etc. Thank you.
