The Customer Service Assistant, Emily was extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions, and gave us plenty of information about the different types of mattresses and their benefits (we were pretty clueless when we arrived). She was not pushy at all and we didn't feel rushed to make any decisions.

I choose lovely mattresses for us and for our kids very fast as we had very help full people aroud as. Thank you very much again Karolina and Patryk

Your assistant Monique was quite outstanding in her knowledge and was patient and kind. Any questions we had were answered clearly and precisely . She was calm and immediately directed us to the sort of product we were looking for. I cannot praise her enough. She was professional throughout and we came away satisfied and happy.

Emily was very helpful, made me a cup of tea, was very knowledgeable, gave me lots of helpful hints and tips and didn't mind when I went backwards and forwards between different beds. Great service all round. Thank you.

Friendly staff were very helpful in the purchase of our new mattress. High range pillows were provided for us to test the beds out with. Store was well laid out and all prices were clearly displayed.

Myself and my partner suffer from bad backs and other various joint problems, when we said we this and the advice we were given from our Osteopath the Sean said how he could give the information he had but obviously isn’t a back/joint specialist so would advise as he could. He gave us so much information and plenty of time to think about we were not pressured in any shape or form. Extremely pleasant staff there they seem to work well as a team as well. I felt welcome, not rushed and was well informed. Considering I was parting with money I enjoyed my visit and can’t wait for my new mattress to arrive.
