As soon as your walk through the door you are greeting with a smile and no pressure to buy. I feel that they couldn’t do enough for you and made you feel like a valid customer. Kim and Emily of the Yeovil store were beyond knowledgable and efficient. They took into account your needs during the visit and helped whenever required.

Greeted by Emily,asking us for our requirements.She looked after us really well, we were allowed to stay in the shop even to closing time if we wished!! After her recommendations she kindly left us to try the beds, needless to say my husband could have slept there all night!! The interaction could not have been better 👍

We were given full and comprehensive information on the product. We were allowed time to compare and discuss what we wanted after all the information was given. When we we weren't sure we were given other products to compare, all in a courteous non aggressive way. Sean was very helpful indeed.
