I was highly satisfied because of friendly and professional service I received whilst placing my order also how clean and tidy the store was I was also very satisfied with the store saleswomen as all of my questions were answered very professional and friendly.

I have tried to place an order with 3 other companies for similar product only to be stopped at the the point of getting delivery to the Isle of Wight. Dreams said no problem, and set about the order no problem.

We walked in and were approached by friendly knowledgable staff who took an interest in what we were looking for, including price range. We were offered refreshments and shown around a clean store which encouraged us to trial the products. We went in for one double bed and ended up buying a further single & mattress for our son based on the informative sales assistant knowledge which she shared.

Emily was very friendly, knowlegeable and patient listening to our needs, helping us through the comfort process and also giving us time on our own to reflect and make then best decision for us

Dominic was very helpful and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble . He pointed out the best options for my mother's needs due to her disability and encouraged my mother to try all the options available. We were even offered a cup of tea.

Emily was lovely and very thoughtful of my needs. She explained how to properly test the beds in the shop to find the right one. Also very helpful talking through payment plans/returns as a possibility. Very, very helpful!!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with so much knowledge of the products in store.

Greeted upon arrival. Given time to have a look around on our own. Offered assistance at the correct time. Given knowledgeable advice and assistance - and a cup of coffee - but not pressured. Calmly and clearly taken through ordering process.
