Emily was great in coming forwards in every question we had ,we ended up buying the bed ,mattress and bedding all within a 30 min period

We liked the products and especially liked the sales lady Monique she was brilliant

Monique was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products and procedures and explained everything professionally, she made a lovely cuppa too.

The store was clean and well laid out, we were not pounced on by the staff, but greeted by them, they left us alone until we were ready for assistance which they did quickly, we did not feel pressurised at all.

Great customer service and, Sean looked for a mattress that fitted our budget and needs. Very pleased.

Valued professional assistance from the staff on duty who made the whole buying process very easy. Demonstration by staff of how the sofa bed operated and understanding how easy that was.

The member of staff showed us the sofa bed made into a bed, which we tried, delivery was before Christmas, price in our range plus 20% off, in and out of the store in 10 mins.
