The salesperson Dominic was very happy to listen our needs and not just sell us a product. He also took the time to interact with the children who are 6 and 9. Whilst paying all the staff were kind and considerate and treated us with respect.

The shop assistants were friendly and professional .And we even had a hot drink

We were not rushed. We were given all the time and attention we needed. We didn't feel we were given a hard sell. Rather, we felt that Dominic in particular listened to us and genuinely gave us the best advice he could based on his own experience of the mattresses in your range. We really didn't expect, but were very pleased with such excellent service.

Emily the lady who helped us was really knowledgeable and honest . She was really understanding about our rambuncious 3 year old too .

Emily (Yeovil store colleague) eas very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I wished to purchase and asked many pertinent questions to be sure I was happy with my choice of product and what alternatives there were. She also checked that my posture and position on the mattress was correct and provided additional pillows when I requested them. Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised at my experience in the store and without any pressure to provide assistance, I would happily return again.
