The colleauge, Emily was very warming when we entered the store, offered us both drinks and asked what sort of bed we were looking for and explained how our bed should be and what we were looking at to find the right matteress for us

The assistant was most helpful &knowledgeable about the various products &what the purchase was for I.e spare room or main bedroom.

Dominic who served us was highly knowledgeable able to answer all questions we had nothing was too much trouble happy to spend time with us giving multiple quotes with different items. Told him we were doing up room and he let us know that we can move delivery date to what suits us which was great to know. Very friendly man as well

Staff were very friendly, helpful, informative and not pushy. We were allowed to take as long as we liked to try different mattresses and there was a good selection.

Monique and Kim were both very professional and knowledgeable about the products on display. I feel they guided me to the best choice for my needs in an unhurried fashion that was quite refreshing as some stores don't afford the right amount of time or attention to their customers. We were both extremely satisfied with the purchasing experience and like the fact that our old mattress will be taken away and recycled.
