A good all round service with pleasant staff and a quick transaction.

Emily at the yeovil store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable she offered us coffee, explained all about the way in which we should test the beds and at intervals left us to try them whilst returning promptly to assist us with the next phase of our choices. she talked us through different types of pillows and mattress protectors ,she was delightful in all ways and made the whole experience a very informed one. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store and Emiy in particular

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Our sales assistant did not try and sell us something we did not want and encouraged us to spend time trying out the beds we were interested in. It was really nice to have "no pressure", which ultimately led to us making a purchase instead of leaving the store.

Staff knew their products. They helped us understand the product we needed. Gave us time to choose what we liked & didn't pester us while we were browsing after the initial advice was given. A quote was quickly printed and we were not pressured to make a purchase there and then. Upon returning a week later the sales process was quick and easy.

He listened to what I required and steered me gently in the right direction.
