Firs t visit to Yeovil store previously purchased via Internet. We found the whole shopping experience excellent. Emily was most helpful excellent product knowledge.

Pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable staff made the whole experience rewarding.

Emily was very welcoming and understood exactly what we were looking for. Once decided on a mattress she then told us that she had one also and it was a good choice!

Monique was friendly and knowledgable about all of the matresses in the store. She was able to communicate why Dreams beds had an advantage over the competitors beds. She educated us how to care and maintain our new mattress as well.

The staff were very helpful & knowledgeable, they were very honest with me about what beds / mattresses would be suitable for our needs & up front about delivery dates & we didn't feel rushed or pressured into closing the sale, we absorbed all of the information that was given to us & we (excuse the pun) slept on it & made a decision to go in & order the next day, I foolishly didn't allow enough time, by going in so late in the day, so it resulted in be still being in the store processing the order after the store should have closed & I apologised profusely, but the staff told me not to apologise & assured me this wasn't a problem.

Monique explained different mattresses available and functions etc. She was thorough and at no time did we feel hurried or pressured into making a purchase.

Kim was exceptionally helpful. She was patient and professional.She explained all the different products and listened to our needs. We had not intended to buy anything on that day but we were so impressed

Dominic was really helpful at the Yeovil store. He made sure we understood the differing models of mattress and was not pushy, just informed, considerate and very helpful.
