The store was setup in a way that made it easy to find what we were looking for. Sean came over to us and offered assistance very quickly and took a great deal of interest in what we wanted. He made us feel like valued customers straight away and began to help us through the process of choosing the ideal mattress for us. Being provided with a cup of tea while we choose our mattress was a really nice touch. There was a great choice of mattresses in store and we soon found our perfect mattress. Sean was very helpful and accommodating to what we wanted and we didn't feel pushed to make a decision. When it came making a purchase the process was easy and straight forward. We felt like it was good value for money and the extras we got along with our purchase was great. My wife and I felt like we got piece of mind with the additional cover we were able to purchase. We found that when it came to booking a delivery date, Dreams was very flexible and fit in with our busy lifestyles. We will defiantly use Dreams in the future for our next bed purchase, and we will defiantly recommend Dreams to family and friends too.

I thought Sean at Yeovil store was excellent he made sure that we were happy with the frame of bed to begin with them he set us up with the mattress choosing software then showed us around the different mattresses and listened to both my husband and i dislikes. He had annexellent product knowledge and encouraged us to buy a mattress cover which we did. He truly is a brilliant member of staff can't praise him enough plus his cup of tea he made was perfect hope he gets to know how much we appreciated his help our names are max and Lisa Tomlinson

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store but,he did not jump on us straight away, pushy sales men will often put me off. He allowed us to browse, offering assistance when we needed it. He was very knowledgeable about your products and had a good understanding of our needs. He provided us the correct information to assist us in choosing the correct product for us. We were even given a cup of tea while we tried to decide which bed we wanted. Other members of staff were also very polite and it was clear that we were not expected to rush our decision. The atmosphere was friendly and jovial.

Great friendly staff (Emily) couldn't of been more pleasant and helpful. She has sold me a mattress for my daughter on another visit also and couldn't fault her. Not made to feel under any pressure at all, very welcoming and helpful and good selection of products

Emily was very helpful she provided me with a drink and explained the differences in the mattresses She then provided me with a pillow and left me to try the different beds She popped back to see if i had anymore questions but allowed me to take all the time i wanted she processed my order quickly and efficiently. she was very friendly and helpful

During our visit today at the store in Yeovil, we were greeted by Emily, who was extremely welcoming and very polite. She proceed to explain the layout of the store, as we hadn't been before, and also offered us a drink whilst we had a look around. We had a few ideas of what we wanted for our bed but couldn't find one with everything that we were looking for, Emily brought out a catalogue to give us a few more choices and explained the structure and sizes of a few that we liked. Emily was very helpful and tired to accommodate our every need, we ended up purchasing one of the beds from the catalogue which best suited us. Emily was able to offer us a lot of different options with the delivery, which she was able to have sent the same day as the mattress that we had already purchased, the assembling of the bed and any clearing of rubbish. Emily was very informative and answered all our questions and helped us during our visit. The service we received from Emily was absolutely fantastic and she is a credit to the store and the company.
