We were greeted with a nice smile, and offered a hot drink, the lady went out of her way to help us. And even went back the next day seen the same lady and ordered another bed.

The staff member called Emily that assorted is really took the time to make sire we were clear on every bed we tried and didn't just try to sell is the most expensive one and gave us all the information we needed and more to ensure we got the right mattress for us. Drink was offered straight away and the coffee was lovely,
