The staff member that dealt with me was very helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpful, I was looking for a mattress protector. The store was having work done but everything was kept tidy and it wasn't intrusive.

Emily very attentive and supportive.

We were attended to straight away, offered a drink and the sleep match which we did. Emily then showed us individual mattresses which we tried with the tempur pillows explaining how the product was made and the benefits. There was no pressure, and the freedom of trying the two mattresses and making a decision of choosing between the two we had selected made it a pleasurable experience as we were in the store nearly two hours, but didn’t feel we should make a hurried choice. We decided on the Harrison Spinks and two tempur pillows and are excited to await the delivery. Emily was a joy and all highly recommended.

Emily greeted us so warmly even asking us if we would like a drink which I had a water. She then got us to go on the sleep match which was a lot of fun. Emily really knew her stuff and was great at showing us and explaining the mattresses and what to test including using the same pillow. Great service :)

This was intended to be just a viewing visit to try a mattress, due to the excellent service we received from Emily at your store (whatever you are paying her it is not enough!), Emily was knowledgeable, friendly, informative and enthusiastic about the products and made our visit an extremely pleasant one to the extent that we decided not to look elsewhere for a mattress and purchase with Dreams as we felt with her lovely attitude and refreshing sales approach that she deserved the sale. Other stores/retail outlets could learn from her.

From the minute myself and my husband walked into Dreams store at Yeovil, Babylon hill we felt very welcome and Kim the sales advisor gave us her full attention. We spent over £3000.00 on a bed and bedroom accesories and were in the store just over an hour and a half. Kim didn`t pressure us with a hard sales pitch and gave us a cup of tea and time to decide on our purchase.

Fantastic service, friendly girl, understood my needs, it was a pleasure to be in the store, offered a drink of our choice,
