Dreams - Yeovil

Emily was lovely she explained all the features of the motion frame and what the matteress was made of defently knew her knowledge of products. We had time to try out the suggested mattress for us by Emily and using the mattress machine in store. This is the second time purchasing our bed from dreams very happy with the overall service.

We were given all the help we needed without feeling pressured. Questions asked were answered clearly and were helpful.

It is many years since my husband and I have chosen a new bed. At first sight we were daunted by the selection available and didn't know where to begin. Your helpful staff asked us if we needed help and from that point we were led on a professional tour of our options. We were very impressed with the electronic equipment which measured our sleeping requirements. We were shown and tried the mattresses that would be most suitable and finally decided on a bed and mattress plus two Tempur Cloud pillows. The cost was high, but we have to view it as an investment and look forward to some pain-free restful sleep in the near future when our bed is delivered.

Emily who served us at the Yeovil branch was a delight. Her knowledge of the products was extensive and she couldn’t do more to help. The demonstration bed is such a great idea and helped match us to our perfect mattress. Would definitely recommend this store to any friends.

We entered the store and were immediately greeted with a "Good morning " We felt free to look around at all the mattresses and were then asked if we needed help or advice. What a change! No pressure but a very helpful assistant, Monique. In fact she was amazing! We were impressed with her knowledge and the time she spent explaining all the details we needed, having done the "test" to determine which mattress suited us we were left to make our decision. The quality of service we experienced was exceptional.

I was pleased with the attention from staff and the detailed information we received about the products. Physical examination suggests that we have bought good quality items at a competitive price. This was a positive experience and we were able to purchase the good we required.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about the products she showed all the details of the bed we were buying and all the different mattresses that would match with the bed, we were offered tea and coffee, very friendly and answered all our questions
