The whole experience was very positive. We went into the store with clear ideas of what we wanted but we also wanted to check out some options and consult on prices, quality etc. specific to our needs - in this case for a storage bed in our spare room, which will receive a reasonable amount of use. Emily, our assistant, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable both in answering our specific questions and in proffering her own professional advice, which was clearly based upon a detailed knowledge of the stock. She was cheerful and friendly, facilitating a very professional and speedy service while ensuring that our needs were fully met and that we had considered options.

This is the second product we have purchased from Dreams in the past three years and on both occasions we were extremely happy with both the purchases and the level of service we encountered
