Dreams - Yeovil

The very helpful and friendly attitude of staff and the excellent layout of the beds in the store. This was the second store we had visited, the first one (not a Dreams store) was not easy to negotiate around and no staff immediately available

The sales were on, there were a lot of people in the store. It took us a lot longer than we anticipated.

Our sales assistant Monique was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. She was very polite and answered all our questions and concerns promptly. We never felt rushed and she gave us space to make our choice of mattress at our leisure.

Very helpful and informative assistance from the colleague I spoke to (Monique) regarding the different mattresses. I used the facility to assess the best mattress type for me and she showed me the examples in store to try. At no time did I feel pressured to buy, in the end I made a choice which I decided to think over and was given a quotation. A week or so later I returned to place my order, which was carried out very quickly and efficiently. I am looking forward to the arrival of my purchase.

Very helpful assistant who seemed to understand the products. Impressed by the scientific body scanning as it narrowed down the number of beds to look at. Left feeling confident that Dreams is a good firm to deal with - do't have the bed yet but am optimistic!!

The whole experience from the moment we walked in the door was exceptional. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Although the store was fairly busy the staff made us feel like valued customers. They got the balance perfect between being there to answer questions but allowing us time to try out the beds and discuss our opinions without being hovered over. This made a real difference to us. I haven’t stopped telling people about the great customer service we received. I returned to the store 4 days later without my partner and every staff member recognised me and asked about my partner which given the fact everyone is wearing masks just goes to show how attentive the staff were.
