Monique served us she was very helpful and gave us alot of time. Her product knowledge was very good. She made us feel very welcome.

We were greeted on entering the store and Emily then came to show us how to use the tv beds, she then took us to use the bed match machine and offered us a cup of tea. We were catered for in all ways and the staff were very professional and funny.

Emily was really helpful, informative and friendly. I was allowed plenty of time trying the mattresses. Nearly fell asleep, lucky I had tea to keep me awake. Excellent experience.

Dominic was very knowledgable and helpful He gave us all the information we needed to decide which type of mattress would suit us both We felt we made the right decisions with the information he gave us Without Dominic I think we would have struggled to understand the technology around beds and sleeping Many thanks

The member of staff (in Yeovil) who dealt with me knew at once what I was looking for and didn't try and push me to go for something else. He clearly had good knowledge of the products

Monique was very friendly. She came to us after we had spent a few minutes looking around and then offered us some help. She left us along for the right amount of time before asking if we needed any help. She was very approachable and patient.

The sales assistant was very helpful . She understood just what I needed

Emily was very knowledgable and gave expert advice. She welcomed us from the minute we walked into the store and offered tea or coffee and assistance from the start. She gave us pillows to use and explained how the pillows should be used and she also advised on the best bed for our needs.

We had the most helpful man named Dom . He couldn’t do enough to please us . Made us coffee and talked through the mattresses with us and even put the mattress on a different bed base to try and it definitely made a massive difference and made our mind up to buy that mattress. We came out the shop feeling very happy and look forward to receiving the mattress
