Kim & Dom provided exceptional customer service. We were warmly greeted by another member of staff who’s name I was told but don’t remember as well. Kim’s product knowledge was expert , she took time to listen to us & we felt she fully understood our needs & made the appropriate recommendations.

Quick service and helpful

I liked that Emily wasn't in our face. She made herself known and was there to help by smiling but let us look around. She was very approachable and when I asked for assistance after looking she gave us a drink, a pillow and did the sleep match. She knew loads of knollwge about beds when I asked loads questions. She was very good and explained why it's important to get a good mattress. We came in with a budget of £400 which she respected and showed us that range but also gave us the knowledge to want a better bed so we spent more money than what we came in. Which is good as she is very good at her job and I am satisfied I have got a good product.

I went in with a rough guide of what I wanted and Emily did brilliant with her options for me.

I got everything that I asked for with no fuss.

Emily was very helpful and explained why the mattress we had selected on line was not suitable for a child. We ended up with a much better bed than we had originally selected and with a big saving.

Emily greeted us soon after we entered the store and asked us what we were looking for before taking us over to the sleep match machine. She offered us a Tea, Coffee or water. After going through the questions and using the machine she showed us to our top three. recomendations and talked.us through what makes a mattress good for you. She then gave us a pillow each and left us to see which one we preferred. After we made a decision she took us through the insurance options and mattress protectors, we made our choice and made our purchase. Emily was very friendly and informative and we were very happy with the service provided.

Spent unhurried time picking the right bed for us. Advised by an extremely helpful Emily. Got offered tea or coffee and made comfortable throughout, without baffling jargon. The advise came in sensible proportions, not rammed down our throats in one splurge. Good Job well done.
