Upon entering the store we were made very welcome, they were very conscious of my partners disability and accommodated his needs. We specified what we were looking for and the assistant was exceptional with understanding what we both needed. Excellent service from Yeovil depot.

Kim & Dom provided exceptional customer service. We were warmly greeted by another member of staff who’s name I was told but don’t remember as well. Kim’s product knowledge was expert , she took time to listen to us & we felt she fully understood our needs & made the appropriate recommendations.

Staff were very helpful large selection of products found what we required and at a reasonable price and a delivery date to suit us.

Assistants were efficient, knowledgeable, kind, friendly and patient. The experience was very pleasant.
