The store itself is warm, clean and welcoming. Mainly the reason for being highly satisfied is with the staff member Kim who immediately greeted us and was friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. We purchased more than we had intended but are happy and looking forward to our delivery.

Bridget and Emily were both polite and knowledgable. They took the time to understand my needs and advise me in relation to those needs. I felt welcomed and well looked after and feel I have made the best choice with the information I was given.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the prices of the mattresses and bed frames were very reasonable, and above all, the mattresses I tried were all so comfortable! I will definitely be sleeping better from here on in!

Good selection of mattresses available, at a range of prices. Very helpful assistant - knowledgeable, but not 'pushy'. Very pleasant to deal with. Expected just to look, but came away with order for 3 mattresses!

We walked in the store and were met by a colleague who asked if there was anything specific we were looking for and explained how the store was laid out (to assist us in what we looking for) and we’re offered a lovely hot cup of tea whilst we looking around the store. She was on hand for all the different questions we asked some extremely repetitive bless her.

The whole process from entering the store to making our choice was well organised, friendly and efficient. We also noticed how nice it was that no pressure was put on us to rush even though the shop had closed while we were still deciding. Being greeted by Bridget on arrival and advised by Emily made the process very personalised.
