Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

We came with a specific idea of what we wanted to order. Monique listened and understood we had an item in mind. She did not try to sell us another item but did point out other possibilities. She was helpful without being overbearing or pushy which we did find staff at your Poole branch to be, they didn't leave us alone!

We first visited Dreams in Yeovil just after xmas and Emily was very helpful, guiding us through sleep match. Not having purchased a mattress for 10years we where a little shocked at the prices so decided to do some shopping around. We then went on to visit numerous bed suppliers in the Yeovil area, none of these where anywhere near as helpful as Emily had been, so we decided we would return to Dreams to complete the order.

Service was very good and value for money unparalleled to your competitors.

Emily our assistant, was brilliant at explaining to us, the process with finding the correct mattress. She accompanied us around the store and explained the result of the mattress check, to ensure we found our correct mattress. She was patient, understood our concerns, explained in simple terms our requirements. A very satisfied customer l

We came into store today to purchase a mattress. We haven’t needed to buy a mattress for the last 6 years so we were daily nervous coming into store. The only thing we knew was we liked a soft one. As soon as we walked in, Emily came across and greeted us and offered assistance. We said we were going to browse but it soon came clear we didn’t have a clue where to start. Emily was fantastic. I work in sales and have over 20 years of coaching and developing staff and I have to say that Emily blew us away. Her confidence, product knowledge and manner was perfect. She spent the right amount of time finding out what was important to us and taking us through the sleep position machine. Then with direction and recommendations she allowed us to browse and test in our own time with no pressure. I truly believe without her support we would of brought a mattress in the region of £600. In the end we spent over £2,500. Thank you Emily for the time, patience and support today. You were awesome.

Immediately welcomed, offered refreshment and had my questions answered . As my time was limited the purchase was done without any waste of time by the efficiency of Emily. Hoping that the delivery and assembling of my purchase will be smooth and without any hiccups.
