Dreams - Yeovil

It was the first time I have purchased a bed as my first one was an antique french one I got from reclamation and had restored. A lovely young lady called Monique in the Yeovil store approched us and asked what I was looking for had a wealth of experience and said mattress was first then look at bedframes . She let me try several mattresses and then I told her my budget she was very sympathetic and understamding not at all pushy lefte and my sister to try out the mattreses on our own and make decision . Then we looked at bedframes and the ottoman one was ideal for my needs . I think her name was Amy yet may be wrong she then took over the sale and brought up the grey one on screen as only in pink in the store. We spoke about assesmbly and protection etc so knowledgeable and so helpful and professional

Walked into Yeovil branch to just have a look. Was very impressed with the customer service and knowledge. The lady that assisted us was very proffessional, knowledgable and very attentive. Very impressed with our visit. I am a Marie Curie Nurse and my partner an ex rugby player so a new comfortable bed was a must. Thank you Dreams at Yeovil.

We made an appointment prior to visiting the store as we knew we wanted to try the Sleepmatch service. We were greeted by Monique as soon as we entered the store and she looked after us throughout our entire visit. Her knowledge and advice was invaluable in enabling us to make the right choice of mattress, base and headboard.
