Very warm and welcoming from as soon as I walked through the door. Staff didn’t pounce on me as soon as I walked in but was always on hand for help, information and assistance

Very knowledgeable staff, and super helpful. I actually am so looking forward to the arrival of our new mattress. I wish I had bought it years ago! It can't arrive quite quick enough
