Was approached by a member of staff called Jonny, Very knowledgeable and friendly guy, set us up on the sleep match system with ease, then didn’t hound us for a decision, left us to pick our own bed but was always on hand if needed.

We were served by Jonny in store. He was knowledgable & patient with us as we tried out a selection of beds the sleep match machine advised. But after testing those we went for a mattress that he recommended

we were seen early on a sunday by a very cheery sales assistant who straight away explained the process to go through to get the best mattress for us. she showed us a number of mattresses that might be suitable but left us to make the decision while occaisionally checking in with us.

The assistants were welcoming and knew the prodicts well.In particular the lady who took our order impressed with the way in which she ensured that all the information she took from us re names, telephone numbers etc were correctly entered onto the computer( and correctly spelt). All in all a very good and speedy experience.

We were greeted in a helpful way and pleasant manner and shown respect and understanding throughout our visit which resulted in a satisfactory purchase of the items we required. The staff were most helpful, excellent service.

Kim listened to our wants, suggested a range of options and allowed us time to decide. She was attentive but not in the way. We were able to make a decision without feeling under pressure to buy.

Our advisor Monique was very friendly and helpful. She helped us but also let us make our own decision without feeling pressured into buying something we didn’t want.

Emily at the Yeovil store was amazing, she not only had a brilliant understanding of all the products but also was fully aware of the conditions we suffered with allowing her to give even better advice to us regarding our choice if new bed

The customer service was fantastic on my recent visit to the store, the staff couldn't be more helpful.

The two ladies in the shop in Babylon Hill in Yeovil were very helpful and came up with good suggestions to aid choice. Although you can order things over the internet it is very good to be able to view things directly and receive advice in person in store. It was easy to order in store and the delivery date was acceptable.
