The representative was very knowledgeable and really helped me chose the best mattress for me. I tried the tester which was good and then had a good selection of beds to try. I was really pleased with what I have chosen. The chap couldn't have been better.

The Assistant was very nice , she came over to us and was very helpful in telling us the idea of lying on a bed and finding out which mattress was right for me. I was disappointed that you did not do the bedding ie Duvet covers and pillow cases. But I did buy a Duvet, ready for when my items come in September. Thank you. June Higgins.

We had a first class pillow talk experience thanks to Emily. The sleep analyser was a fantastic way to help us decide on the right bed, together with Emily's help and assistance on posture.

Assistant greeted me on arrival in a very polite and friendly manner. Explained all the covid rules etc, even offered me a bottle of water. Had a good knowledge of mattresses and did not do a hard sale, did not put me under any pressure to buy. Gave me time to think about my purchase. Was very friendly curteous and professional throughout.
