Very friendly approachable and knowledgable store staff. Gave really helpful advice. They were not pushy at all and helped us come to a good decision about which bed to buy. They were especially good with us while shopping with a small child. They didn’t make them feel like an inconvenience and gave us all the extra time we needed. Thanks so much :)

The retail assistant was very helpful and fully attentive. She listened to our needs, she wasn't pushy at all but she gave us confidence in the products. It was a very good experience. She also stayed beyond closing time to finish our sales.
