Came in to buy a bed for a person I support. While there spoke to sales lady who told me about the machine that tells you what mattress is suitable. I explained have arthritis and fibromyalgia it came out with the results. I was not in a position to buy at that point. I went back when I was not working and spoke to another sales lady who quickly sorted me out on what mattress I needed. I wanted to check again on the machine so let me have a second go and I then chatted looked at what was available. Then I ordered paid did delivery. I was please about offer free mattress protector if took the insurance that was a no brainier. I have already recommended the store to other sufferers on my groups on fb.

Emily was brilliant from start to finish, she wasn't pushy and discussed the pros and cons of each mattress she showed us, also allowing time for us to look around on our own - even when we were close to the store closing time. When we asked to go away and think, she was more than happy (unlike some who make you feel like you've wasted their time). When we returned to double check and place the order, she remembered us (even with masks!) and was just as helpful. She is a credit to the store.
