First visit to Yeovil store (needing to buy new mattress); didn't know what to look for or how to begin but was reassured by staff approach: Dom and later Monique were friendly without being pushy and explained products clearly. It was also very satisfactory to note carefully thought out precautions against Covid transmission, including PPE available and staff taking care to keep distance.

There was nothing too much bother for the staff. The assistant, Monique, from the Yeovil store, was a delight to talk to and gave us very knowledgeable information about every item we looked at.

Came in to buy a bed for a person I support. While there spoke to sales lady who told me about the machine that tells you what mattress is suitable. I explained have arthritis and fibromyalgia it came out with the results. I was not in a position to buy at that point. I went back when I was not working and spoke to another sales lady who quickly sorted me out on what mattress I needed. I wanted to check again on the machine so let me have a second go and I then chatted looked at what was available. Then I ordered paid did delivery. I was please about offer free mattress protector if took the insurance that was a no brainier. I have already recommended the store to other sufferers on my groups on fb.
