The assistant, Jonathan was very knowledgable, considerate of my specific needs, & took time to go through all my options without pressure. As I am disabled he even carried my goods to my car.

The assistant that helped us was very knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble, he answered all the questions we had and nothing was to much trouble.

Employee was very kind from the moment we walked in and explained the layout of the store which was very helpful. She also helped us with the 'sleep match' and explained the results which were great for helping us choose a mattress.

I was looking for a mattress for my disabled son and the staff member Kim was very helpful.

I hoped that we get a chance to comment. We went into the Yeovil Dreams store twice. On both occasions we were served by Emily. She is a credit to your company. Please pass on our thanks. She is a brilliant sales person - in terms of product knowledge and answering our questions. Not at all pushy. But made good suggestions. She was very warm and friendly too. Look after Her she is very good and is the reason we'd go back to buy another bed in the medium term. We bought one bed for our spare room this time. Please pass on our feedback to Emily. Thank you

Customer service was amazing. Jonathan was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and which would best suit my specific needs. The store was clean and easy to navigate, and the complimentary water positioned around the store, was a very nice touch making the whole experience very enjoyable.
