Dreams - Yeovil

Our assistant Emily, was extremely helpful, attentive and patient. We are both elderly, my husband over 80 and has recently been unwell and Emily showed great patience with him. She certainly knew her stuff when giving us all the information about the matresses. Overall we are very satisfied with the service, just wish the matress could be here a lot sooner, as I can't wait to have a good night's sleep on a cosy matress!

Emily was very friendly and obviously knew what she was talking about. She explained everything really clearly and it didn’t feel like we were being giving the “hard sell” which can be very off-putting. We were given time to try the beds by ourselves but Emily was there if we needed advice. The social distancing measures put in place were exceptional and it was great to be given a 30 minute time slot to make our purchase so there weren’t too many people in the store. Very happy with the choice of beds available. We found just what we wanted.

We have made 2 visits to the Yeovil store recently, on both occasions the 2 different staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Dom who we saw first gave us a good grounding on what was available and helped us narrow down our choices. Monique who we saw on Friday was equally knowledgeable, she was particularly good at giving us time to try the mattresses but returning to check on progress and answer any questions.
