Dreams - Yeovil

I made an appointment on line prior to visit. We were greeted by a very pleasant lady who pointed us in the right direction for our needs, She advised that her colleague would be with us shortly( we had arrived early!). Her colleague Dom duly arrived and helped us to purchase single mattresses - all done speedily, efficiently and courteously. During this process we discussed a king size mattress for our own bed. Dom listened intently and was very accommodating with product knowledge and suggestions. Sleep match was suggested and we decided to try it out. Good decision! Due to Dom's patience, politeness and 'no rush' attitude we ended up be purchasing! we are extremely happy.

Our assistant Emily, was extremely helpful, attentive and patient. We are both elderly, my husband over 80 and has recently been unwell and Emily showed great patience with him. She certainly knew her stuff when giving us all the information about the matresses.
