The assistant who dealt with me were highly knowledgeable about my needs and the products you sell and what was even better I was not towards the most expensive items in store.

Upon entering the store we were offered assistance which we accepted. We then had a look on our own and then asked for assistance with mattresses which was immediately forthcoming. When you pay a lot of money for an item it is appreciated when the assistance has good product knowledge which she did. She also acknowledged other customers upon entering the store but didn't neglect us at any time.
