Emily at Dreams Yeovil was incredibly attentive and helpful. Offered us water and made us feel welcome without pressuring any sales, she let us make the decision which in turn led to a sale

We walked in and were immediately approached. We were shown the bed machine and everything was explained very well. A recommendation was made and there was no pressure. We were given ample time to consider our purchase and were very happy with our visit.

The customer service assistant was very knowledgeable about your products and offered us advice without being too pushy. She was very easy to deal with.

A warm welcome from staff much time spent explaining the products and advising us what he would suggest but also a good amout of tome 2 freely explore the products. the staff where no pushing a sale just there2 help. Store was clean and tidy and we where also provided with drinks. We have to wait one month for our new mattress this is acceptable but could be quicker. Over all a lovely experience and we are sure to return 😊

I was looking for bunk beds for my children who are going to arrive from overseas after my wife passed away last year. The member of staff (Emily) was very understanding of my needs and allowed my son who is with me right now to try the bunk beds for his siblings. She was knowledgeable about health and safety and the correct mattresses and gave me time to consider my options without being pushy of trying to make me buy something that was out of my range. Emily was also very kind towards my little son, and engaged very well, offering him some bottled water which he appreciated. I did not buy on my first visit, but returned the next day to look with fresh eyes. Emily again was very pleasant and I bought the bunk bed and 2 mattresses of my choice. I also took the extra insurance cover for the mattresses as it was also a good deal. Thank you for making my purchase a great experience.

After explaining to the store assistant my requirements i was directed to a machine that goes through the different support based on my answers i thought this was a brilliant way to find out exactly the best mattress for me.walking around a storew laying on mattress for few minutes does not really help in deciding

Hi Kim was very helpful, no pushy sales tactics. Given plenty of time to make a decision. Having been before I had a good idea of what I was looking for. Even so Kim suggested to use the sleep diagnostics so it confirmed that the mattress I chose was within their recommendations.

Made to feel at ease from the moment we entered the store.the young man Talked us through the options before showing us the beds that would be Best for us. The dream experience was well presented. Must have been We bought.
