Very friendly lad who helped us all the way through the prosess of choosing a mattress,as we both unsure of our needs, but his product knowledge was great,and cauld help and answer any of our questions and concerns.

We entered the store and were instantly greeted by a very friendly assistant. They explained everything quickly and even when leaving us to look around they were at hand straight away to help us out. Once we chose a product it was the quickest process to get everything sorted. One of my easiest shopping trips, ever!

Emily was very friendly and informative Greeting us on arrival clearly explaining the co vid 19 rules and offering a drink and pillows to use and guiding us with the sleepmatch machine and to the recommended beds after for us to choose ourselves without been pushy overall a very pleasant experience thankyou

your collegue EMILY went through all safety and bed types and made sure we took our time to be satisfied, Emily left us to slowly choose the matress we liked and popped back when she thought we needed assistance ,she is a " perfect " worker VERY knowledgeable and helpfull. we felt VERY safe with the virus protections, although the pieces of paper did get torn when we used them ( on several beds )Ha Ha!
