When I called your Yeovil store, Monique was incredible helpful & knowledgable. I was able to buy the bed I wanted with confidence that it was the correct height for my elderly mum. My only slight issue was the delay in the bed being in stock but otherwise a very good experience. Thank you.

We were concerned that being a young couple we might not have been taken seriously but this was not the case at all, we were greeted by Emily as soon as we walked into store & she greeted us and took us through the safety guidance because of covid-19 and asked us a few questions around what we were looking for in store today. We explained that our current mattress is hurting our backs and not supporting us enough and she advised us to take the sleep quiz. After this she showed us all the mattresses we had been matched with and took us through in detail the benefits of each mattress and how to narrow down our choices. She was really honest with us about the pricing and what each product had to other rather than just pushing for the most expensive. She also gave us space to try out the beds and make a decision on with we thought was best. After (finally agreeing) she talked us through delivery, extra products & cover - we really appreciated the time she spent with us even though the shop had closed.
