Kim was exceptionally friendly and clearly very knowledgable in her job. She made our experience as easy as it could be and was happy to spend time with us and make adjustments to find the right mattress for us. The sleep match narrowed down our options making the experience more enjoyable. She engaged with us so thoroughly and really took notice of us as individuals. She clearly cared about getting us the right mattress. My husband has a severe issue with his back and shoulder, she took great note of this and went to lengths to explain what would be best and right for us, not to just sell us any mattress. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I was really impressed with how much she knew and offered us.
