We went in simply to look at getting new pillows due to suffering with bad necks. The service we received was second to none. I have never personally been anywhere where the service has been so amazing. Emily was friendly from the moment we walked in. Engaging with us to find out what we needed, gave us so many options. She made sure we were okay throughout. She used her own experiences which we both found incredibly helpful when choosing our pillows. Her knowledge of the products and what they really should be doing was fab! We really felt she needed all the recognition in the world, what an amazing colleague you have on your workforce!

We were greeted at the door and the Covid secure procedure was explained to us. We explained our requirements and were shown to the electronic bed device. This was explained in full and we were left alone while it ran its sequence. We were shown to a bed then left to wander and try several beds that we were interested in. When we had made our choice this was checked by Dom, our assistant to assure we had covered all our needs. The buying process was quick and efficient. We left the store satisfied with our purchase and the buying experience.
