Dreams - Yeovil

The assistant at the Yeovil store (Emily) was attentive throughout, took time to understand what we were looking for. Allowed us to see a range of options and offered solutions based on these needs whilst allowing us as much time as we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble

The assistant was outstanding. So helpful, knowledgable and listened to our requirements. Never was she pushy which was great. I would come back to Dreams just for the service she offered alone. BRILLIANT.

Emily was incredibly helpful, patient ,& kind. Her depth of knowledge was very impressive & we cannot praise her highly enough. She did everything possible to help us to choose a bed that we were happy with & went out of her way to assist us in every possible way. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to our friends & Emily deserves some recognition for going the extra mile, & doing an excellent job. She is an absolute star.

Plenty of choice of beds & mattresses. Enjoyed the mattress scanning experience and felt it helped with making the correct choice.

Because our store assistant, Monique, was excellent. She was knowledgeable and very helpful but in no way pushy. She even recommended that we went home to think about the decision and return another day and try the beds again. I am expecting delivery of my new bed on Saturday, less than a week after ordering - now that’s good service!

From the moment we walked in the store we were greeted with a friendly, clearly spoken assistant. She talked us through the covid safety. Helped us with our needs. We were offered the bed that tells you what mattress we needed, we both thought this was amazing. She showed us which mattress to try, she took time with us and explained about everything even guided us into what mattress is good for both of us. We were so pleased with her help we also bought two pillows (very expensive) but I hope worth it and should last for years. We can’t wait for our delivery and some good night sleep.
