Friendly staff ensured that we were looked after and felt entirely at ease. They made sure that we had enough information but also enough time to discuss ourselves as well.

Was served by Emily (Yeovil branch) and she was very welcoming, very informative, very helpful!! She wasn't at all pushy after informing me of all the options and giving me the mattress test she left me to check out my options and make my decision. Once I had made my decision she processed the sale with efficiency and kindness.
