Dreams - Yeovil

The first guy we spoke to was totally uninterested and spoke so quietly we could barely hear him and then he disappeared off and left us! We then stood around waiting for some help until eventually a lady assisted us who was a bit more interested. The guy gave the impression he was there but didn't want to be ! For the amount of money we spent we expected a bit more service and professionalisism. Will not be coming back and if we should find it cheaper somewhere will be looking for a price difference refund

getting the credit check took nearly an hour even tho it came back to the stores system within 20 minutes, the staff didn't seem like they knew what they were doing

Went into buy a product which we wanted all paperwork done but was told that it was in stock but could not be found!!!

I wasnt disatissfied at all, all staff were very helpfull and informative thanks

Phoned to do a price promise as found bed £200 cheaper somewhere else. Was told a pack of twaddle and when I said I would go to trading standards, was told go ahead. Asked to cancel order and was told there would be a fee of 20%. Never heard so much rubbish

I have not purchased anything from you, you have recorded the incorrect e-mail address and keep bombarding me with surveys. I have contacted the store and asked them to remove my e-mail address from your system and you have failed to do so. You need to make sure you are accurate when you record e-mail addresses from customers .
