To many promises of this is free if you take out our insurance and if you order today we can give you assembly free only to get home go through things to find we were charged for them all

Was looking for a wooden framed Otterman bed but initially told there was no such bed. Nearly walk out of the store but another sales person mentioned the Isabella...which was not on in the floor display but was just want we were looking. Then was told delivery was not until March....but only told this AFTER taking my money.

the assistant said D for Dummy ? didn't really make a good first impression as there are better D words to use to distinguish the letter D. But I don't think it was intentional. But failed to write down my address and surname even though I spelled it out.

I found the staff to be extremely clicky and unhelpful. The Manager clearly didn’t want to deal with us, I found her quite contras ending and although having spoken to her on a couple of occasions prior to finally committing to the final purchase, she passed us over to another sales assistant for the sale and when asked why, I was told the Manager does not take the finals orders and stays within the shop floor, however during our sale with the assistant she hopped onto the other computer to serve another couple, even though there was another assistant free at the time! It was very obviously awkward. Also, they obviously didn’t think we would notice the giggling and sneaky looks between each other! If it wasn’t for liking the sofa bed so much I would have left the shop!

WE LEFT A MESSAGEYOU TOOK 2 FULL PAYMENTS OUT INSTEAD OF 1 RANG UP NOBODY GOT BACK TO US NO BODY WAS HELPFULL WHEN WE SPOKE TO THEM PHONED THE BANK AND THEY SORTED FOR US

I wanted to buy two of something and couldn’t, I had to have the second item delivered to my home and wait in for it , I wanted it delivered to the store so I could collect it at my convenience

Spent 1.5 hrs in the store viewed lots of products asked pertinent questions. Assistant came across as knowledgeable, courteous and was helpful. Order placed for double divan with draws, mattress and headboard over £800 cash spent. I asked if headboard compatible. Told yes. Delivered yesterday. Set up, looks nice but I can't open the draw closest to the headboard - not happy.

The visit itself was fine but in the end the initial delivery failed and was a complete waste of a day's leave. I felt I had been mislead during the visit as there was no questions about measurements of my access. I was told that it could fold down to fit through door frames if the flat was narrow but wasn't told it would then be unrefundable of it still couldn't get in.

The guy was not overly helpful. Didn't seem to care. Felt like I was doing all the work to finally find what I wanted. Lack of interest in what I was buying. When you're spending a lot of money you care about what you're buying, would be nice if that assistant did also.

The lady who served me at first charged me £300 more than she should have. She then said she had just come back from holiday, not good enough.
